Can I come down and play before I join?
You may attend one or two of the Fun & Training sessions that take place on Monday morning and Wednesday evening. One of our coaches runs the session and they will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding membership.

How do I join the club?
We welcome new members of all standards throughout the year. To join you will need to complete the New Membership Application Form (download from Membership/Fees page of the website) and send to the Membership Secretary who will then process your application.
On joining the club adult members will be offered a free induction session of one hour with one of our coaches. You will also be given a shoe tag and a key to the clubhouse.

My son/daughter would like to join the club – why do I have to become a non playing member?
We require all junior members under the age of 18 years to have a nominated adult as a non playing member – this is usually a parent. This ensures a responsible person is active in membership fee arrangements, all communications and generally aware of events taking place at the club where a junior player is involved.

How do I log on to the members only section of the website?
As with any login you will be given a username and will then need to create a personal password to ensure security of the site. This will also enable you to use the online booking system. The password will be your responsibility to remember.

Can I bring a guest to play with me at the club?
You may bring a guest on up to 4 occasions during the year. All guests must be signed into the visitor’s book (located in the clubhouse on the table inside the main door) before playing. Fees for adult visitors are £3 per visit and you will be billed on your next subscription form.

What social activities are on offer?
The club has Mix-In sessions which run four times a week – details can be found on the website on the Club Information page (Social Play). The Tennis & Social committee arrange fun events such as American tournaments, Barbeques, Quiz evenings – details can be found either on the Club Information page or the latest News section of the website.

How do I communicate with the club and receive information from the club?

The Club is now over 100 years old and until the end of 1994 was based at Dartnell Avenue, West Byfleet. At that time the Club moved to its present site in Pyrford.
